Good day! Today I come to you with a "Please learn from my stupidity" story.
ACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just relearned a verrrrrrryyyyyy important lesson. When working in graphics, keep saving your work!!!! I was working on a very detailed 3d scene which was about 3/4 compleat. Up to this point it had taken 2 hours just to render. (When working in 3d you actually work using wireframes of your design with a tiny thumbnail preview to guide you. The computer couldn't handle your manipulating that amount of stuff in actual graphic form so you "Render" or create in picture form when you're done. The time it takes depends on the detail, colour ect involved.) Just as I'm nearing the home stretch, BANG! The lights flickered,computer turned off and I lost everything. Now I can't save as the rendering is going alone but if I had been wise I would have saved the wireframe as soon as I was done then all I'd have to do is reopen it and hit "Render". * thunk! ( the sound of me hitting my head against my computer monitor) It's one of those things that you think will never happen to you. Guess again! So learn from my stupidity, SAVE SAVE SAVE!!!!

Good day!!! I hope all is well with you. It is a glorious day in Southern Ontario. Lots of new stuff brewing here. I'm currenly working on a serise of desktop themes. They will include my photos and art and some will even use some of my original music as the screensaver tune.
Here's my cool site of the day: Font Garden. It is a HUGE font resource. Not only does it have fonts, dings and font bats, each font is displayed using wonderful, hilarious quotes. I often find my self reading the quote and forgetting what I'm there for. LOL!!!!
